HELLO! I AM MALENA BLOMQVISTÂ
My story: From Fear to Empowerment and Joy

A few years ago, my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. The word "incurable" resonated in my mind, casting a shadow over everything I held dear—especially my children. My initial reaction, as one might imagine, was fear. A fear so profound it kept me awake at night, causing me to ponder a future filled with moments that I might never experience.
However, as the shock began to fade, I realized I stood at a crossroads. I had two choices: to let the diagnosis dominate my life or to redefine this journey. In that moment, I decided to transform my mindset, perceiving cancer not as a death sentence but as an opportunity—a new chapter in my life’s narrative. A chapter filled with pristine white pages upon which I could write my own story.
This transformation was not easy, but it was powerful and empowering. I chose to live intentionally, honoring my most cherished core values: love, authenticity, and presence. I discovered mindfulness practices, cultivated gratitude, and began to embrace each day with purpose. Something remarkable unfolded—I started to experience life more fully and joyfully than I had ever imagined possible. Cancer became the catalyst for change that led me to live my best life. I savored each moment, feeling profoundly connected to myself, at peace, and more alive than ever before.Â
Now, I wish to share what I have learned to assist others in their struggles.I have created the Cancer Warrior Way program and other resources, so that cancer fighters may access the same tools that transformed my life. There is a robust scientific foundation supporting the idea that these methods and a change in mindset can positively influence our health and recovery.
This journey is not merely about survival; it is about flourishing in life. It is about embracing presence and discovering strength and hope in even the most unexpected places. If I could change my thinking and find peace and joy in the midst of a diagnosis, so too can you.
